Books We Read
We have done a lot of research on our search for the ideal yacht, and how to service our boat so it runs sweetly and stays in tip top condition. And since we changed our lifestyle we've had more leisure time and have actually read books for pleasure! Aannsha has also written a contemporary romance novel - and we will be adding our own 'How To' manuals along the way.
This page showcases all of these in case you'd like to read them for yourself. Every book we recommend on this website is either something that we've found extremely useful for living on a yacht, that we've read in our leisure time, or that we've written ourselves. We will be adding to this list over time.
We don't receive sponsorship for anything so you can be sure that what we list is stuff we think is worth letting you know about.
Most of the links are non-affiliate with Amazon - so we would like to say a big THANK YOU for choosing to support us by subscribing ... and if you'd like to shout us a beer, you can do so below.

"A picture hides a thousand words...This story set in 1967 follows an inquisitive young Jamaican typist who is determined to uncover the mystery of a masterpiece that arrives at the art gallery where she works. Odelle traces the painting's history back to rural Spain during the revolution in 1936 and a female artist who harbours ambitions of her own."[Aannsha] My friend Liz gave me this book to read while I stayed with her in the UK. It was very timely, given I also paint, and was returning to Spain. I found this a riveting read with rich, complex characters and plot.
